Privacy policy

The short version

Everything you type into the free health tools stays on your own device. The site has no login and asks for no personal details. What is collected is anonymous traffic data, and information you choose to send by starting a chat or messaging on WhatsApp.

The free tools never see your data

All of the calculators and checkers — the tooth-pain checker, sleep calculator, BMI, pregnancy tools, and every other one — run entirely inside your browser. Your weight, your symptoms, your dates: none of it is sent to this site or to anyone else, and none of it is stored.

The only way any of it leaves your device is if you press the WhatsApp button on a result. That fills in a message for you, and you decide whether to send it.

Ask Dr. Jegr (the AI assistant)

When you send a message to the assistant, that message and the recent messages in the conversation are sent to Groq, an AI provider, which generates the reply. This site does not save your conversation, and it is gone when you close the page.

Please do not send personal or identifying medical details to the assistant. It gives general health education, not a diagnosis. For anything urgent or personal, message Dr. Jegr's team directly.

Analytics and cookies

To understand which pages and tools are useful, this site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These set cookies and collect information such as:

The same events may also be sent to Meta directly from the server, so that they are counted once even if your browser blocks the tracker. This does not add any information beyond what is listed above.

• your IP address and rough location (city level)
• your device, browser, and language
• which pages you visit and how long you stay
• when you click a WhatsApp button or finish using a tool

Instagram posts on this page

The homepage shows Dr. Jegr's most recent Instagram posts. Those images are loaded directly from Meta's servers, which means Meta can see your IP address and browser when they load — the same as if you had visited Instagram. Only his own public posts are shown, and no information about you is sent to Instagram by this site.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with Dr. Jegr's clinic. Anything you write there is handled inside WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy, not this one. Messages are used to answer your question and, if you ask, to arrange an appointment.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers keep short-lived technical logs that include IP addresses, used to keep the site running and secure. Fonts and images are served from this site's own domain.

What is never collected

This site does not ask for, and has no way to store, your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. It does not sell or rent information to anyone. It does not build advertising profiles about you beyond the standard analytics described above.

Your choices

You can refuse analytics at any time. Browsers let you block or delete cookies, most ad blockers stop these trackers, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics. Blocking them does not limit any part of this site — every tool keeps working.

Children

This site is written for adults. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian should be involved in any decision about a child's health.

Everything here is health education, not a diagnosis, prescription, or personal medical advice. It does not replace seeing a dentist or doctor in person. If something is urgent or getting worse, please seek care.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
